Refund & Return Policy

Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items sent.

Eligibility: To process a return, an uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory. This must show the package being opened and the defect clearly visible.

Non-Returnable: Sarees with detached blouses, fall/pico already done, or signs of wear/perfume.

Process: Once the defect is verified, a replacement or full refund to the original payment method will be issued within 7-10 business days.
